Refund policy

At Dram Street (a DBA of Top Shelf Brands LLC), we stand behind the products we carry and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. As a marketplace facilitator, we connect you with trusted third-party sellers, including licensed retailers for alcohol. We do not sell, store, or ship alcohol directly—all alcohol sales are fulfilled by licensed retailers. Returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, subject to the policies of the seller and relevant state/federal regulations.

How Returns Work

  • If you’d like to request a return, please contact us at daniel@dramstreet.com with your order number, details about the issue, and photos if applicable. For alcohol items, confirm you are 21 or older as part of the request process.
  • We will review your request in coordination with the third-party seller (e.g., licensed retailer for alcohol) and provide next steps, including return instructions when applicable. Reviews typically take 2-5 business days.
  • Return eligibility (including time window, item condition, and possible restocking fees) varies depending on the brand, product, and seller. Non-alcohol items are generally eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Opened or used items may be subject to restocking fees of up to 15%.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected by the seller. Refunds exclude shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • Processing times may vary: 5-10 business days for non-alcohol items; up to 14 days for facilitated sales. Your payment provider may take an additional 3-5 days to reflect the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Alcohol products are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, per federal (TTB) and state regulations (e.g., to prevent resale or tampering). Exceptions may apply for damaged shipments—contact us immediately with photos.
  • Other non-returnable items include custom, final sale, perishable goods (e.g., coffee if opened), and personal care items for hygiene reasons. We will confirm eligibility during the review of your request.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges may be available for non-alcohol items depending on the product, brand, and availability. Contact us at daniel@dramstreet.com, and we’ll let you know your options. Exchanges follow the same 30-day window and condition requirements as returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details. We'll work with the seller to resolve it, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Government Health Warnings for Alcohol

  • GOVERNMENT WARNING: (1) According to the Surgeon General, women should not drink alcoholic beverages during pregnancy because of the risk of birth defects. (2) Consumption of alcoholic beverages impairs your ability to drive a car or operate machinery, and may cause health problems.
