Shipping policy

At Dram Street (a DBA of Top Shelf Brands LLC), we work with a variety of trusted brands and licensed retailers to deliver your gear directly to you. As a marketplace facilitator, we connect you with third-party sellers, including licensed retailers for alcohol. We do not sell, store, or ship alcohol directly—all alcohol shipments are fulfilled by licensed retailers who comply with applicable laws. Because of this, shipping times and methods may vary by product and seller.

Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, though exact times may vary by brand or retailer.
  • Shipping speeds depend on the carrier, location, and product type. Most non-alcohol orders arrive within 5–10 business days once shipped. Alcohol orders may take 7–14 business days due to regulatory checks.
  • You may receive multiple shipments if your order includes products from different brands or retailers.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, destination, and product type (e.g., higher for alcohol due to signature requirements).
  • Occasionally, products may qualify for free shipping—this will be noted on the product page.
  • Sales tax is collected by us as the marketplace facilitator in compliance with state laws (e.g., see our applicable state sales tax certificates [link to a page or PDF with certificates from relevant states]).

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • If you order items from multiple brands or retailers, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Alcohol Shipping Disclosures

  • All alcohol shipments require an adult signature (21+) and ID verification at delivery. Shipments will not be left unattended.
  • Shipping is restricted to states where direct-to-consumer alcohol delivery is legal. We geoblock unavailable areas at checkout. Check local laws before ordering.
  • GOVERNMENT WARNING: (1) According to the Surgeon General, women should not drink alcoholic beverages during pregnancy because of the risk of birth defects. (2) Consumption of alcoholic beverages impairs your ability to drive a car or operate machinery, and may cause health problems.

International Shipping

  • At this time, Dram Street ships to addresses within the United States only. (We plan to expand in the future.)

Issues With Delivery

  • If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at daniel@dramstreet.com. We’ll work with the brand, retailer, and carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. For alcohol, note that returns are not permitted once delivered per federal and state regulations—exceptions for damaged shipments only.
